App Visibility & Management (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES): Because the App functions as a Home Screen Launcher, it requires permission to query all installed packages to display your app drawer. The delete packages permission allows you to uninstall apps directly from the launcher. Your list of installed applications is never transmitted off your device or shared with third parties.
Storage & Media Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): Required to save downloaded videos to your local storage, manage those files, and access the specific folders required to display and save temporary statuses from messaging platforms. All media remains locally on your device.
System Overlays (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, SYSTEM_OVERLAY_WINDOW): Allows the App to display essential user interface elements, such as widgets or download management tools, over other applications.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used strictly to send you real-time alerts regarding your download progress and completion status.
Device State & Network Access (READ_PHONE_STATE, INTERNET, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE): Required to access the internet for the built-in browser and video downloading capabilities. Phone state access is utilized to manage network connectivity, handle download interruptions (such as incoming calls), and is utilized by our third-party advertising partners.
System Operations (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, BIND_APPWIDGET): Allows the App's launcher features, home screen widgets, and background download managers to initialize properly when your device restarts and schedule internal tasks accurately.
2. Third-Party Services and SDKs
While our core app code does not collect personal data, we utilize industry-standard third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements, monitor app performance, and send essential communications. These third parties may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (play-services-ads): Used to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your device settings.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
